This week, we conducted a 40min Aerobic Training run from Suntec City all the way to Marina Barrage.
It does not matter whether you are fast or slow. As long as you are willing to make changes to your life, we will help you reach your fitness goal.
Some folks might feel that they are not going fast enough to call themselves runners. To me, Fast Or Slow, You Are A Runner as long as you run.
Hope this video will serve as a motivation video for folks to finally pick up running. Running is amazing and has benefitted me so much, I want it to benefit you as well.
