How To Do Proper Planks | What I did to achieve a strong core for running

Planking is an exercise I will surely do every day without fail. 💪 Ever since I had shown my own result of my tummy loss on FB, I had received lots of PMs asking me how to do proper planks.

So I finally did a video to demonstrate how beginners can start Planking from today. Planking has helped me lose my tummy and developed a strong core essential for running. It has helped me steer clear of injuries, recover faster and run even better timings.
