How I Do My 10k Tempo Run | Half Marathon Speed Training

I regularly do Tempo Runs to allow my body to be conditioned and get used to the feeling of running fast and feeling uncomfortable for an extended period of time.

My 10k Tempo Training Runs are normally intended at improving my half marathon timings, thus running at my targeted half marathon pace.
