My 14 minutes Core Workout routine! This video is to show you the list of exercises I do almost daily.
It is a mixture of workouts done simultaneously aimed at strengthening my core that greatly helps my running efficiency as well as running form.
I normally aim to do 2 sets with 30 secs rest between each set. Every exercise lasts around 30 seconds. The bonus is, it had helped me to get rid of my tummy and get me a much stronger core.
These are certainly some of the best core strengthening exercises for runners.
