Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to adult men and women. I use this tool all the time to ensure I stay in the healthy range.
Do refer to the chart below if you are within the healthy range.

BMI Categories:
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
Overweight = 25–29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
Being in the healthy range is crucial if you wish to prevent future chronic diseases like High Blood Pressure or diabetes. If you are not within the healthy range, maybe it’s time to get active and start running.
